According to public information, Xu Zhanbin, male, Han nationality, was born in April 1964 in Taonan, Jilin. He joined the work in July 1985 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in January 1985. He graduated from the French Higher Business School with an MBA and a researcher-level senior engineer.
