Recently, the founder of Elephant Point Show, Mr. Wu Feiyue, posted a false news titled "To the team of < The Taste of Rice Flowers >: Please don’t steal under the guise of literature and art" on WeChat WeChat official account and online platform. On April 28th, the film producer Yong ‘an (Tianjin) Film and Television Culture Co., Ltd. issued a public statement, calling it an arbitrary cutting fact, and spread a lot of false information on the Internet, which seriously affected the personal reputation of the director Mr. Pengfei and directly affected the film.

Recently, Mr. Wu Feiyue published an article entitled "To the team of Taste of Rice Flowers: Please don’t steal under the guise of literature and art" in WeChat official account, the elephant screening. In view of Mr. Pengfei, the director of the film Taste of Rice Flowers and his creative team, who is being shown in the cinema of our company, arbitrarily cut out the facts and spread a lot of false information on the Internet, which has seriously affected Mr. Pengfei’s personal reputation and directly affected the reputation of the film Taste of Rice Flowers.
Regarding Wu Feiyue’s false information in this article, I hereby declare the following for the record.
1. Mr. Pengfei has contacted a number of potential publicity partners, including Elephant Dianying. Mr. Pengfei has never accepted the so-called "business plan" in the above article. The only time I received it on WeChat, Mr. Wu Feiyue sent Mr. Pengfei the Introduction of the 100-city premiere within 9 minutes after Mr. Pengfei proposed it to Mr. Wu Feiyue.
Our company solemnly points out that Mr. Wu Feiyue can send Mr. Pengfei the Introduction to the Elephant Premiere within 9 minutes, which belongs to the advertising sales products of Elephant Point Film Company, and is by no means a customized plan for the Taste of Rice Flowers. Any friend who is interested or thinks it necessary to determine its content or nature can come to our company to check the content and judge its nature with the Brief Introduction to the Elephant Premiere provided by Mr. Wu Feiyue.

2. We have not signed any agreement or definitive document with Elephant Point Film Company. After investigation, we think that some publicity modes and behaviors of elephant screening are different from the mainstream social values advocated by Taste of Rice Flowers, and its attention and energy seem to be more concerned about whether it can get investment from outside or customers. After careful consideration, the producer decided not to cooperate with it to announce the issue. Since then, our company has not contacted Mr. Wu Feiyue and Elephant Dianying actively.

The company will reserve the right to investigate the tort liability of Mr. Wu Feiyue and Elephant Dianying Company according to law.
