First, implement the requirements of political inspections to the letter, and take patrol rectification as the most serious political task.

In the report on the work of the Second Inspection Team of the Central Committee, the leading group of the Ministry consciously and actively investigated 25 problems from three aspects: the weakening of the party’s leadership, the lack of party building and the ineffectiveness of comprehensively administering the party strictly.
