Is there any place to accommodate the fitness fever suppressed by the epidemic?

Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, May 10 th Question: Is there any place to accommodate the fitness fever suppressed by the epidemic?

  — — One of the series of national fitness surveys

  Xinhua news agency reporter

After more than three months, Cui Ke, who lives in Beijing, finally played a ball.

"I’m exhausted," said Cui Ke, 42. However, speaking of his own assists, I can feel his pride and satisfaction through the phone. "I still prefer outdoor exercise, but I can’t display it at home, and I am always afraid of disturbing my neighbors."

The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has made people retreat from outdoor to indoor. Many people, like Cui Ke, follow the online tutorial to exercise at home every day, but deep down they still miss the comfort and carefree of calling friends and sharing sweat under the sunshine and breeze.

With the relief of the epidemic, outdoor fitness facilities that have been cold for a long time are gradually becoming more and more lively, and the contradiction between supply and demand of outdoor fitness facilities that was temporarily covered up by the order of staying at home will reappear. This epidemic situation makes people feel the importance of health, fitness and immunity more and more. Obviously, after the epidemic situation, people will put forward higher requirements for the quantity and quality of fitness places. Before and after the epidemic, Xinhua News Agency reporters conducted in-depth research in Shanghai, Tianjin, Suzhou and other places, and also referred to some foreign experiences in developing mass sports, hoping to promote the better development of national fitness.

Epidemic surprise stimulates home fitness fever

In the leisure time at home, more and more people put down their mobile phones, take a step and join the army of sweat for health. The 25-year-old Shen Yutao is such a "fitness newcomer" who cultivated exercise habits from scratch after the epidemic.

"Before, because of the tight work rhythm, long-term sedentary and irregular diet, I gradually felt that my figure was out of shape, and my physique was gradually declining, which made me easy to get sick," said Shen Yutao, who is engaged in consulting industry.

After working at home during the epidemic period, Shen Yutao started his own fitness plan, taking regular exercise with reference to the tutorials on fitness software, and taking a rest every two days.

"By persisting in exercise, my physical condition has obviously improved, and persistent completion of the set goals is also an improvement to my personal spiritual level." Shen Yutao said that after the epidemic, he plans to start running and fitness.

According to the data provided by the fitness software Keep, during the epidemic, the average duration of user exercise was 36.2 minutes each time, nearly doubling compared with 2019. The cumulative coverage of sports live broadcasts launched by Keep in conjunction with many institutions and fitness experts exceeded 56.5 million.

Li Xinyan, general manager of Keep, said that in the short term, there may be large-scale "fresh air" behavior after the epidemic. Everyone has been at home for a long time and wants to go out and move. People’s demand for home sports will decrease, but the demand for outdoor sports will increase. But in the long run, people’s online exercise habits will continue during the epidemic, and regular exercise will be the norm.

Zhong Bingshu, president of the Capital Institute of Physical Education, also said that the sudden epidemic has given people a vivid lesson, and the change of health awareness will inevitably bring about an increase in fitness demand. However, he also said that home fitness is a special state that has to be done during the epidemic. On the one hand, the area available for fitness exercise in the home is very limited; On the other hand, participating in fitness activities is also one of the important means of interpersonal communication, which cannot be achieved by home exercise. Therefore, outdoor fitness and gym fitness will remain the mainstream after the epidemic, and home exercise can only be a supplement to people’s fitness methods.

  Docking the "last mile"

Being at home is a special state during the epidemic. It is also in this special environment that office workers like Shen Yutao get regular fitness conditions. After the epidemic is over, people’s life rhythm will become faster again, and their free time will be reduced. The adherence to fitness habits needs to be supported by convenient venues and facilities.

At the end of 2019, Xinhua News Agency reporters found in various places that many cities are making use of various "Jinjiao Silver Borders" in the core areas of cities to build fitness facilities, connecting the "last mile" of fitness venues and providing convenience for people’s fitness. This is also emphasized and advocated by many documents of the State Council.

Suzhou Shishan Hengtang Street Recreation and Sports Badminton Center, which has 14 badminton courts and 5 table tennis courts, was converted from a former factory building. The center is located in the core area of Suzhou High-tech Zone, but the street clearly defines the service purpose of "giving priority to public welfare" to benefit the people. From 7: 00 to 9: 00 in the morning, it is open at the low price of 5 yuan per person, and the opening price at other time periods is also lower than the market price. The street also holds regular table tennis and badminton events based on the venue to increase the sense of participation and gain of the fitness crowd.

"After the factory is recovered, it will become idle assets. What we have to do is to integrate idle assets and solve the problem of where people go to exercise." Liu Lan, stationmaster of Hengtang Street Cultural and Sports Station in Shishan, said, "The operation effect is still very good. People in the basic nearby areas will come here, and the venue is often full."

Despite the cold winter, Qujiang Park in Tianjin is still very lively. The ball field is full of fitness people, and the fitness equipment room is also full of laughter.

Qujiang Park was originally an ordinary city park, but after the transformation in 2018, except for squares, green spaces and trails, all kinds of fitness venues and equipment in the park are already full. According to Lou Yueguang, deputy director of the Sports Bureau of Hexi District, Tianjin, it is difficult to build a fitness center in the community because there are many old residential areas nearby, so transforming the park is the most feasible scheme. When the government invested in the renovation, various sports venues and facilities were added to meet the diverse fitness needs of the surrounding residents.

Under the viaduct along Fuxing River in Hexi District, the cage basketball court between piers has become a small world for basketball lovers. The basketball court covers a small area, but it is a perfect use of space, which does not hinder traffic and can shelter from rain and snow.

According to Wang Bing, president of Hebei Yonghuai National Fitness and National Health Development Research Institute, the fitness venues around these people are the best embodiment of the people-centered concept of national fitness work. Wang Bing believes that the construction of fitness facilities should pay attention to demand investigation, and the concept should be changed from "what I want to provide" to "what the people need" according to the principle of "according to the need, time and place".

Create a fitness online celebrity according to local conditions

By the Huangpu River, the morning light outlines the city’s skyline. On the riverside trail, in addition to tourists who take pictures, there are runners who try to adjust their breathing. Seizing the opportunity of Shanghai to promote the cross-strait connection of Huangpu River and the transformation of riverside coastline, Shanghai Sports Bureau took the lead in transforming the abandoned factory buildings in Yangpu District into public sports centers. Fitness trails, basketball courts and skateboarding venues & HELIP; … More than 20 sports venues scattered along the river have revitalized the once ruined industrial remains.

There are light stadiums that can be scanned at any time, fitness stations that provide free direct drinking water and change clothes and storage functions, rest areas equipped with defibrillators and professional emergency personnel, and artistic spaces and landmark landscapes for the transformation of industrial remains. The river breeze blows gently, the lights flash, history and fashion meet, and the fitness venue blends with the scenic spots in online celebrity. In the words of Zhao Guangsheng, deputy director of Shanghai Sports Bureau, "the industrial rust belt of the past has become the life show belt of today".

Also welcoming the "gorgeous turn" is the old railway around the city in Tianjin. The abandoned railway section in Hexi District has been transformed into a greenway park, and the original rail line has been transformed into a fitness trail nearly 5 kilometers long.

"There was no place to go (exercise) when there was no trail. Now I come here two or three times a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon in winter, and I also go out for a walk in the summer evening, "said Uncle Cui, who lives in a nearby neighborhood. Because it is next to a residential area, people come and go on the trail, which is very lively.

Greenway Park retains the theme style of the railway, and the landscape design of platforms, bus stops and tracks makes people vaguely feel the elegance of the railway around the city in the past, which makes this fitness center reflect some cultural and historical details. Fitness venues and recreational facilities suitable for people of different ages have turned this once freight artery into a new urban landscape that gathers popularity.

Wang Hong, deputy secretary of the Party Group of Tianjin Sports Bureau, said that the transformation of the ring railway in other areas of Tianjin will continue in the future, and the ultimate goal is to build a fitness greenway circle integrating fitness, leisure and sightseeing functions on the basis of the old railway, making it a "city necklace" of Tianjin.

Suzhou’s fitness trail around the ancient city river is 16 kilometers long, which is an important part of China’s Grand Canal cultural belt, a world cultural heritage, and also a livelihood project for citizens to relax and exercise and tourists to experience Soviet-style life.

Along the trail, a physical fitness test and exercise guidance station, a fitness Little Square and a fitness path are set up, so that people born by the water can move according to the water and enjoy being near the water. On the sports culture billboards erected at intervals, you can hear Wu Nong’s nursery rhymes with the theme of sports games as long as you scan the code on your mobile phone, so that pedestrians can appreciate the Millennium culture of Wudi.

For a long time, the construction of fitness venues in China has lagged behind. Inadequate venue facilities and unreasonable distribution have become a short board that restricts the development of national fitness. However, the practices in Shanghai, Tianjin and Suzhou show that grounded and popular fitness venues can not only be integrated into the blueprint of urban development, but also become a bright color to highlight the cultural features of the city, so that people can enjoy it and make the city beautiful. 9 am! AFC executives announced great good news: Congratulations to China Football, and the fans cheered in unison.

Just like a model in heaven, it is really a good example in the world, this creator, positive energy! Welcome everyone to pay attention, like, comment, forward and collect, thank you!

China football ushered in the dawn of revitalization. On the morning of October 31, Beijing time, China football ushered in exciting news. The latest report of the Asian Football Federation (AFC) shows that in a positive meeting with China Football Association President Song Kai in Doha, AFC President Salman promised to support the revival of football in China. This commitment quickly triggered a heated discussion and concern among the fans.

During the meeting, Salman took note of the statement made by Song Kai at the China Football Association Congress, and he emphasized his firm determination to reform and promote the development of football. AFC President reiterated that AFC will fully cooperate with China Football Association and make joint efforts to realize the revival of football in China. This statement is a powerful positive energy for China football.

Over the years, the level of football in China has been widely concerned and criticized, especially the performance of the national team in important competitions often disappoints fans. Nowadays, the top management of AFC has clearly indicated that it will support China football, which is undoubtedly a shot in the arm for domestic football and a great affirmation and encouragement for China football.

The fans responded enthusiastically to this news, and they held great hopes for the support of AFC, believing that this would bring new development opportunities for China football. Everyone is expecting that, with the help of FIFA, the China team can achieve better results in future competitions and present a more professional competitive level.

In addition, this incident has also aroused widespread concern from all walks of life. All major media and football critics believe that the support of AFC may become a turning point in the development of football in China, which indicates that football in China is expected to achieve a real rise.

To sum up, Salman’s statement marks a new milestone for China football. With the support of AFC, the future development of football in China is full of possibilities and hopes. We also hope that the football community in China can seize this opportunity, make continuous efforts, enhance international competitiveness, and finally win honor for the country.

This article is really exciting. AFC President Salman’s positive attitude has ushered in the dawn for China football, and this kind of high-level support is undoubtedly a spur, which can stimulate the confidence and fighting spirit of the football community in China. This also caused me to think about the influence of football at the national level. Football is not only a sport, but also a reflection of the national image, so the prosperity of football also affects the face and dignity of the country.

The article mentions the enthusiastic response of fans to the support of AFC, which reflects the love and expectation of fans for national football. This reminds me of the cohesion and influence of football on society. Football is a global sport, and the fan culture is a bond that connects people closely. The revival of football in China is not only the team’s own business, but also the expectation of thousands of fans in Qian Qian. This also inspired me to think about how sports can play a wider role in society and promote social unity and development.

Furthermore, the article mentioned that the support of AFC may be a turning point in the development of football in China, which led me to think about sports and international cooperation. Sports is an international language, and communication between countries can be smoother through sports exchanges. As one of the most popular sports in the world, football can provide an opportunity for friendly exchanges between countries. Therefore, the support of China football on the international stage is also a powerful manifestation of international sports cooperation.

Finally, the article emphasizes that China football should seize this opportunity and constantly strive to enhance its international competitiveness. This reminds me that success in any field requires unremitting efforts and strength improvement. Football is no exception. To stand out on the international stage, we need the professional quality of players, the level of coaching team and the improvement of infrastructure. This is also a process in which a country needs all-round efforts to develop its football career.

Generally speaking, the news that China’s football is rejuvenating is not only a great benefit to the sports world, but also an improvement to the national image and social cohesion. I hope that with the support of AFC, China football can live up to expectations and achieve a real rise.

"People in Spring" is being broadcasted, and Liu Tingzuo’s dual identity is expected.

On November 6th, based on the advanced deeds of Yu Fuling and Secretary Yu, the TV series "People in Spring" (formerly known as "Alley Prime Minister"), which focuses on community grassroots workers and witnesses their sadness, difficulties and growth, was released in prime time. Liu Tingzuo plays the noble property manager of the community in Spring in the play, and participates in directing the grouping part of the play.

"People in Spring" is being broadcasted, and Liu Tingzuo's dual identity is expected.

People in Spring is co-produced by Zach Li as the chief producer, Chen Haifan as the producer, TianYuanHong as the director, Liu Tingzuo as the group director, Li Xiaofeng, Ling Xiaosu, Yao Anlian, etc.

"People in Spring" is being broadcasted, and Liu Tingzuo's dual identity is expected.

The story mainly tells the story that Xu Yingying, a doctoral teacher of Yongzhou University, came to the community in Spring to investigate and was unexpectedly elected as the community director. He kept thinking and exploring in the complicated community governance work, and grew up from a newcomer to an excellent community cadre. With the joint efforts of community policeman Tian Lijie, social worker colleagues and many community residents, he transformed the old factory into a characteristic central block that residents yearned for. As the first TV series focusing on community workers in recent years, People in Spring not only has the overall layout of community events, but also returns to the contradictions of small and medium-sized families and even personal lives in the community. There is an emotional mosaic between small families and large families in the hearts of each community worker, and the ordinary work and flash experiences of the characters in the play are also happening to tens of thousands of social workers in the country.

"People in Spring" is being broadcasted, and Liu Tingzuo's dual identity is expected.

As an important part of the community, property workers are the guarantors of the residents’ better life, and they have only one mission. Service. As a link between community service and residents’ security, Liu Tingzuo, the property manager Gao Sheng, has experienced ups and downs in the "confrontation" with community residents in the spring. "But there is nothing to be done in vain, and governance by doing nothing" is the orientation of this character. Liu Tingzuo’s interpretation of this role is quite comic. People in Spring is another work directed by Liu Tingzuo as a group director, following My bel ami and New Year after Year. Liu Tingzuo said that he would like to thank the filmmakers and directors who have given him the opportunity to learn. He believes that there is no conflict between them. As an actor, he will have his own desire to express himself. As the initiative of a work, the director can put his thoughts and feelings into it, which is also the advantage of his role control and shaping. He said that there is still a lot to learn as a director, and in 2021, Liu Tingzuo also contacted many excellent directors in acting, and received a lot of inspiration and guidance. Please pay more attention to this "People in Spring" that is being broadcast!

The diversified performance forms not only fully demonstrated Macao’s unique culture, but also made people deeply experience tradition and modernity, culture and so on. The success of this event has not only effectively promoted the development of Macao’s fashion industry, but also strengthened the cultural exchanges and cooperation between Macao and the rest of the world. If you can’t keep exercising every day, I’m sorry, but you can’t "catch" all four benefits.

We all know that life lies in exercise. Whether in parks or streets, we often see such words as "a small step every day, a big step in health" and "life lies in exercise", which all show that exercise plays a great role in the body. So how does exercise affect the body?

First, exercise can enhance resistance.

All doctors will tell their patients to exercise more to enhance their body resistance and immunity. This is to tell everyone that exercise can make the body stronger and enhance the body’s resistance. Keep germs and viruses out. For children, the resistance is enhanced, so that they are less sick, so that parents can worry less and spend less on medicine; Children have a healthy childhood, so parents don’t have to worry about whether their children are tall or not every day.

Second, exercise can help you keep fit.

All people who want to lose weight need to exercise, mainly because exercise can burn body fat, and strength exercise can exercise muscles and make their bodies better and better. Through exercise, we can achieve the effect of bodybuilding and body shaping, so that women can be more confident in themselves.

Third, exercise can help treat diseases.

Some people who are sick can effectively relieve their symptoms through exercise, as follows:

1. RightdiabetesFor patients, exercise can effectively control blood sugar content and keep their blood sugar stable in the standard value range;

2. Rightsuffer from insomniaFor patients, exercise can bring better sleep quality. Let yourself exercise a little during the day, and you can go into deep sleep faster when you sleep at night;

3. Sports pairfatFor patients, they can reduce their weight and gradually reach a reasonable standard weight range, but exercise needs long-term persistence to be effective;

4. forgoutPatients, exercise can reduce the frequency of gout, and gout patients can enhance their kidney function through exercise, which can discharge purines more effectively and reduce the probability of gout;

Fourth, exercise can prevent diseases.

Exercise can promote the body’s metabolism, enhance the heart function, and play a role in preventing diseases. Because of the enhancement of cardiac function, the elasticity of cardiac arteries increases, which can effectively prevent cardiovascular diseases. In addition, more exercise can also prevent diabetes, liver disease, gout and other diseases. At the same time, because the disease is prevented, the life expectancy is increased. The average life expectancy of people who exercise is much higher than that of people who don’t exercise.

The above is about the influence of sports. For the elderly, exercise can make them stronger and prolong their lives; For young people, sports can make them beautiful, attract the attention of the opposite sex and make them more confident; For children, exercise makes them grow stronger. Therefore, exercise brings a variety of benefits. I hope everyone can make themselves move and become healthier.

"China before and after the Great Revolution": the historical process of the National Revolution and modern China

On November 18th, 2023, the symposium on "China before and after the Great Revolution" was held in Baoshan Campus of Shanghai University. This seminar was hosted by the Department of History, College of Literature, Shanghai University, and hosted by the Center for Religious and China Social Studies, Shanghai University. Nearly 20 scholars from Fudan University, East China Normal University, Zhejiang University, Shandong University, China Academy of Social Sciences, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Chongqing University, Shanghai University, Nanjing Normal University and other units attended the meeting and spoke. More than 10 master’s and doctoral students attended the meeting. With the theme of the National Revolution in the 1920s, the conference focused on China’s political situation and psychology, the evolution of China’s political culture, the encounter and fate of characters, and China’s belief world and its evolution. The agenda includes three parts: the opening ceremony, four discussions and the summary of the meeting. The participating scholars came from many research fields, such as the history of the Republic of China, the history of the revolution and the history of the Communist Party of China. They shared the latest thoughts on the Great Revolution from different perspectives and exchanged and discussed related issues.

The opening ceremony was officially held at 9: 00 am on November 18th. Associate Professor Yang Xiongwei from the Department of History, College of Literature, Shanghai University, as the initiator of the meeting, thanked all the scholars who came to Shanghai University, and briefly introduced the origin and academic significance of convening this meeting. Wang Hao, director of the Center for Religious and China Social Studies of Shanghai University, gave a welcome speech, introduced the historical origin and current situation of the Center for Religious and China Social Studies, and wished the conference a complete success.

The first meeting was presided over by Associate Professor Feng Xiao from School of Marxism, Shanghai University. There were four speakers and four commentators.

Xu Jin, a professor in the history department of Shandong University, re-examined the political ecology of Guangzhou on the eve of the Northern Expedition from the perspective of suspicion. He believes that the political situation in Guangdong surged from 1925 to 1926, and one of the important clues was the atmosphere of suspicion everywhere. Suspicion is caused by the rapid change of power relations in Guangdong, which in turn intensifies the political turmoil. Coupled with the rumors created by public opinion, the political situation in Guangdong during this period was full of suspicions and contradictions. Professor Li Fangchun from the Institute of Advanced Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences of Chongqing University commented on this paper. He thinks that the existing rumor research mostly emphasizes the social level, and this paper pays attention to the political meaning, so we should think about how to strengthen the dialogue with the existing research. In addition, historical research emphasizes that returning to the historical scene requires distinguishing and discriminating the terms of all parties at that time. Professor Li Fangchun gave a report on "Qu Qiubai on Gentry and Modern Social Changes in China during the Great Revolution". From the perspective of sociology, he discussed the formation process of "gentry" in Qu Qiubai’s eyes, and thought that Qu Qiubai’s pioneering discussion on the problem of China gentry during the National Revolution represented the most systematic and in-depth theoretical understanding at that time. Yang Xiongwei, an associate professor, commented on the report, arguing that the article needs to further explore the changes in Qu Qiubai’s cognition and make it clear whether it is just words spoken in different fields, and the process of "gentrification" in this foreign language needs to be further elaborated and sorted out.

Professor Liu Changlin from the Department of History of Shanghai University gave an academic report entitled "From Utopia to Realism —— The Process of China’s Early Communists Accepting Marxism". He put the thoughts and practices of Chen Duxiu, Li Dazhao, Mao Zedong and Hui Daiying into the grand historical narrative at that time, sorted out the process of the Communist Party of China (CPC) people choosing Marxism among many social transformation ideas, and pointed out that their understanding of Marxism had experienced a long period of "gradual enlightenment". Xu Tao, a researcher at the Institute of History, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, commented on the report. He thought that the article was broad in vision and rich in materials, which was helpful for a clearer understanding of the course of Marxism’s introduction into China. At the same time, it also discusses some expressions in the article, and thinks that the ideological changes at that time were violent and rapid, and "gradual enlightenment" may not be in line with the context. Professor Zeng Yaorong of Marxism College of Hunan University of Humanities and Science then discussed the differences and consensus between the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Comintern in revolutionary strategy before and after the Great Revolution from the comparative perspective of Comintern Executive Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, with the title "Consensus and Differences —— Comintern Executive Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China’s Choice of Revolutionary Strategy in China", and pointed out that the two experienced the transition from consensus to disagreement, and then from disagreement to consensus. Professor Liu Changlin thinks that the problem consciousness and methods in this article are based on a comparative perspective, and the CPC, as a branch of the Communist International at that time, needs to clearly point out its different opinions in this article.

The discussion in the second meeting was presided over by Professor Liu Changlin from the History Department of Shanghai University. There were four speakers and four commentators.

Xu Tao, a researcher at the Institute of History of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, gave a report on Sun Yat-sen and Hu Shi before and after the Chen Jiongming mutiny. He pointed out that at present, academic circles mostly interpret the mutiny in Chen Jiongming from a military perspective, lacking attention to the field of public opinion. During this period, Hu Shi took the initiative to stand on the opposite side of Sun Yat-sen, reflecting the struggle for the right to speak outside the battlefield. From the relationship between the two, the research perspective can be transferred to Beijing. Yang Xiongwei, an associate professor, commented on this. He took Sun Yat-sen and Chen Duxiu mentioned by Hu Shi in Miscellaneous Notes in the Mountains and Qu Qiubai as an example, supplemented by a letter from Jin Jiafeng to Hu Shi after Sun Yat-sen’s death, and pointed out that we can re-pay attention to the complexity of political relations from the perspective of interpersonal relationships. Zhang Yangliang, an associate professor at the School of Marxism of East China Normal University, focuses on Wang Jingwei’s efforts to unite the Kuomintang and the Communist Party in the national revolutionary camp in 1927, and points out that the Joint Declaration jointly issued by Chen Duxiu and Wang Jingwei on April 5, 1927 was an important measure for the Kuomintang and the Communist Party to ease the tension between the two parties, but in terms of practical results, the Joint Declaration not only failed to eliminate the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. Li Li, an associate professor at the Institute of Socialist History and Literature of East China Normal University, commented. He pointed out that the analysis of Wang Jingwei’s mentality involved the interpretation of various materials, and suggested that the text nature of the Joint Declaration should be explained.

National Revolutionary Army Northern Expedition

Han Shu, an associate professor in the history department of Shanghai University, shared the topic of "Research on the Case-filing of Private Universities in the Late Period of Beijing Government Rule". He investigated the filing of private universities from 1922 to 1928 by sorting out and interpreting the original files of 24 private universities in the later period of Beijing government collected by Taipei National History Museum. Feng Xiao emphasized the relationship between the prosperity of modern universities and government funding in his comments. Huang Fu, a postdoctoral fellow at China Frontier Research Institute of China Academy of Social Sciences, gave a speech entitled "Center-Edge Evolution of Frontier Military and China Revolution —— An Investigation Centered on the Troops stationed in Guangdong and Yunnan (1922-1925)", focusing on the "Edge-Center" evolution of the status of the troops stationed in Guangdong and Yunnan before and after the Great Revolution. Its rise and fall process not only showed the power game and political choice of the frontier military forces in the political vortex of China, but also reflected the frontier military forces. Zeng Yaorong commented on Huang Fu’s research. He pointed out that the Yunnan army once held the banner of righteousness for the first time in the movement to protect the country. It is necessary to think about whether the Yunnan army also has a revolutionary tradition. The term "passive revolution" in the article may be inappropriate, and then suggested that the first part of the article should be discussed from the perspective of "revolutionary ideal and living reality".

The discussion in the third meeting was presided over by Associate Professor Han Shu from the History Department of Shanghai University. There were six speakers and six commentators.

Li Li, an associate professor at the Institute of Socialist History and Literature of East China Normal University, gave an academic report on the topic of "Distribution of Street Publicity Materials of the Underground Party of the Communist Party of China". He pointed out that the distribution of street publicity materials has always been an important way of revolutionary propaganda of the Communist Party of China, requiring party organizations at all levels to formulate and distribute street publicity materials according to organizational processes, requiring all employees to participate, which shows that they attach great importance to the distribution of street publicity materials. Commentator Zhang Yangliang affirmed the novelty of this article and put forward some suggestions. He thought that the concept of street publicity materials and the research area and time period should be defined more clearly, and historical materials can be added to reflect the variability of publicity effects and methods.

Li Fubo, a master student of China Modern History Department of Huazhong Normal University, gave a report on the topic "Public Opinion, People’s Heart and Politics —— An Analysis of Guo Songling’s Anti-Feng Incident", pointing out the complicated political public opinion background in Guo Songling’s Anti-Feng Incident in 1925. After the incident, all public opinions participated in the discussion, publicity and shaping of Guo Songling’s Anti-Feng Incident as an important resource to win people’s hearts and influence current affairs. Fei Xingjian, a doctoral student in the School of Social Development of Nanjing Normal University, commented that the time line of the article is very clear about the war situation and the change of public opinion, but the definition of the concept of public opinion is not very accurate, and the use of some materials is a little far-fetched. In addition, the concept of "human heart" can be studied from a more macro perspective. Later, Fei Xingjian gave an academic speech entitled "Armed Action Directed by Dressed party member: Uprising in Southern Jiangsu from the Perspective of Party Organization Interaction", indicating that Party organizations at different levels, such as the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the Special Committee and the County Party Committee, had different understandings and cognitions about the uprisings in Jiangsu due to their different positions and their own considerations, and thought that the uprisings in southern Jiangsu could not be simply attributed to "putschism". Professor Wang Caiyou from the History Department of Hangzhou Normal University commented on Fei Xingjian’s research, and thought that the article should focus on the particularity of Jiangsu to distinguish it from riots in other regions. In addition, the time line of the article should be further clarified to maintain the consistency of the content. Professor Zeng Yaorong suggested that we should first clarify the specific attitudes and instructions of the Comintern and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China at this time, so as to provide reference for examining the riots in southern Jiangsu.

Xu Chang, a Ph.D. student in history department of Fudan University, reported on the topic "Seeking a breakthrough through temptation-the daily contact between Soviet Ambassador to China Karakhan and the ministers of the great powers". He took Karakhan, the first Soviet ambassador to China after the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Soviet Union in 1924, as the research object, and revealed the game of great powers implied in the daily contact and interaction between Soviet Ambassador Karakhan and the ministers of the great powers by combing Karakhan’s own communication collection and related diplomatic archives in Chinese and English. Huang Fu commented on Xu Chang’s research. He thought that the topic of this article was novel, but there were still some shortcomings. For example, the concept of "daily contact" in the title should be explained more clearly. Secondly, the types of historical materials in the article were relatively single, so the British diplomatic archives could be appropriately increased. In addition, the article can briefly explain the internal relations and contradictions of the minister group.

Dr. Yang Yang, a lecturer at the School of Marxism of Shanghai University, gave a report on the problem of the off-site movement of members of the Communist Party of China in the early days of the founding of the Communist Party of China and its organizational response. He pointed out that the frequent off-site movement of members of the Communist Party of China brought a number of problems to the development and organizational operation of political parties. There are three main reasons for this phenomenon: one is personal reasons, the other is the deployment of party organizations, and the third is the influence of political changes. the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has taken a series of countermeasures to this problem, which provided experience for the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to move to party member from major cities to Soviet areas in the future. Zheng Weiwei commented on Yang Yang’s speech and thought that the article needed a clear timeline and determined the research area. You can dig deep into the materials and try to make a case study.

The fourth meeting was chaired by Dr. Yang Yang, and there were five speakers and five commentators.

Professor Liao Dawei, Department of History, College of Literature, Shanghai University, wrote the article "Cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party and the Enrollment of Whampoa Military Academy in Shanghai", which studied the specific enrollment process of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party in Whampoa Military Academy after the Chen Jiongming mutiny in 1922, revealed their respective roles in the enrollment of Whampoa Military Academy in Shanghai, and also discussed the development and effect of the early youth movement of the Communist Party of China. Commentator Han Shu suggested that the problem consciousness could be further clarified. Instead of talking about "cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party" in general, it is better to highlight the theme and emphasize the "competition" factors surrounding enrollment. Professor Wang Caiyou from the History Department of Hangzhou Normal University gave a report on the evolution of Kuomintang factions before and after the Great Revolution-centering on Chen Xihao. Taking Chen Xihao as a case, he sorted out the relationship between Chen Xihao and the Dingjia Party with the help of various files and biographical materials, and pointed out that Chen Xihao, who had long been regarded as a representative of the CC school, was also closely related to Ding Weifen, a Kuomintang veteran who was once defined as "leftist" by the Chinese Communist Party. This leftist career can provide us with different specific cases and perspectives for understanding the evolution of the Kuomintang factions. Commentator Xu Chang thinks that Wang Caiyou’s research is enlightening, reminding us to rethink the importance of geography, academic affinity and other factors for factional division under the traditional "left" and "right" factional disputes.

Feng Xiao made a report on "New Elite Education and the Development of Political Parties —— Based on the Investigation of Shanghai University from 1922 to 1927", and investigated the process of the Communist Party of China (CPC)’s cultivation of new political elites through Shanghai University, which had a profound impact on the development and growth of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Dr. Ding Yi, a lecturer at Marxist College of Zhejiang University, commented on Feng Xiao’s speech, pointing out that the concept of "new political elite education" in the article is vague and needs to be distinguished from the concepts of "political party elite" and "educational elite". Later, Ding Yi gave a report entitled "Learning Valve and Public Opinion Propaganda and Discourse Construction in the Educational Field in the 1920s". He pointed out that the meaning of "learning valve" changed from broad to clear in the historical context of 1920, and it became more and more negative, which reflected the complex and subtle connection between revolution and discourse in the educational field of 1920′ s. Li Fubo commented on Ding Yi’s report. He thought that the article should not only focus on collecting historical materials of "Xuefa" for discussion, but also mention other social images of the so-called "Xuefa" in the same period. Zhang Jialin, a master student in the Department of Modern History in China, Shanghai University, gave a lecture on "Local tyrants and evil gentry" or "counter-revolution" —— an analysis of the wanted event of Zhang Yan in 1927. He pointed out that the real reason for Zhang Yan’s wanted event was the "bad blood" between him and Mao Zuquan, which was the epitome of the interaction between the national government and local gentry. Yang Yang commented on Zhang Jialin’s article and thought that the title of the article failed to reflect the problem consciousness of the full text. The article should further explore the theme of the relationship between the Kuomintang and local gentry during the Great Revolution.

After the discussion of the four meetings, Associate Professor Yang Xiongwei presided over the meeting summary and speech session, and all the participating scholars delivered speeches in turn. Everyone agreed that the National Revolution in the 1920s profoundly changed the historical process of modern China, and this meeting was held at the right time. I believe that the discussion of the participating scholars will not only enhance their academic exchanges, but also inject more vitality into the study of the history of the Great Revolution.

$170 million in 3 years, the first in the blocked shot league! Don’t be proud, thanks to your teammate James.

The biggest attraction of the NBA off-season is player trading and contract renewal. Every year, there are many high-priced contract renewals, and this year is no exception. For example, the Timberwolves renewed Edwards in advance for five years and the Grizzlies renewed Bain in advance for five years and 207 million dollars. The purpose of this early contract renewal is obvious. In the next few years, this player will be the core of team building. Of course, some team management also has their own considerations, and only three-year contracts will be given to the core players of the team. For example, Green of Warriors, after all, is affected by age, and it is very likely that Green’s ability will be seriously degraded after three seasons. At present, there is a potential early renewal of the contract with the Lakers’ thick eyebrows. As one of the cores of the team, if the thick eyebrows complete the renewal before the start of training camp, they can get a contract with a maximum of 170 million US dollars for three years. The reason why they have not reached an intention so far, the Lakers management still has their own concerns!

The thick eyebrows of the champion’s debut can be called the genius of the insider. They can not only turn the world upside down in the restricted area, but also have dribbling and shooting like guards. The performance of the park in 2020 is a classic masterpiece of the peak thick eyebrows. In the park, Thick Eyebrow is a super efficient and comprehensive scorer, and his statistics are crazy. He averaged 27.7 points in the playoff, shooting 57% and shooting 38% from three-pointers. In the second game of the Western Conference finals, he won the first championship ring in his career, and the Lakers were finally on an equal footing with the Celtics. The boss was not stingy. But after that season, Thick Eyebrows never showed their talent in the playoffs, but they got continuous injuries and consumed James year after year. Until last season, Thick Eyebrows seemed to find themselves in the park again, averaging 25.9 points, 12.5 rebounds and 2 blocks per game, and fully demonstrated their inside power against Grizzlies and Warriors in the playoffs, and finally the Lakers returned to the stage of the Western Conference finals.

As for the Lakers’ delay in giving thick eyebrows this contract extension, there should be two concerns.First, the thick eyebrows did not prove that he had broken away from the injury. In the past three seasons, Thick Eyebrow has played 130 games in the regular season, so it is said that Thick Eyebrow has not been selected for the best defensive team and the best team in the past three years, and even has not been selected for the All-Star team in the last two seasons. You should know that Thick Eyebrow’s game performance has almost filled the data column. He is the first player in the league with steals and blocked shots in the past ten years, but it is a pity that he was excluded because of attendance. Although last season was the season with the highest attendance rate in the last three seasons, it was less than 60 games, even the same as James, who was eight years older than himself. Therefore, this is one of the Lakers’ great worries. If the heavy eyebrows can’t keep healthy and fall off the chain in the playoffs, the Lakers will have no way out.

The second worry is that James can play for a few years. How many years can James play is a hot topic in recent years, but last season’s playoff performance proved that James can play for at least another three years, but the key question is whether James can stay in the Lakers. As early as last season, James said that he would not consider retiring for the time being and would wait until Brownie entered the league to fight alongside him, no matter which team. Once James chooses to leave the Lakers at the end of next season, the Lakers will become a single-core team. It is more difficult to win the championship than to ascend to heaven. Thick eyebrows have no ability to become the boss of the team. In the seven seasons he played for Pelican, Thick Eyebrows only entered the playoffs twice, and the best result was the Western Conference semifinals, so it is naturally impossible to expect Thick Eyebrows to reshuffle themselves, not to mention that after James left, the Lakers will definitely reshuffle their cards, making it even more difficult to win the championship.

No matter what kind of worry, once it happens, it is enough for the Lakers management to drink a pot. It takes a lot of young capital to get a heavy eyebrow from the pelican trade. If you don’t pray for another Lakers dynasty, you should at least win another championship, otherwise the Lakers will lose blood. I admit that Thick Eyebrow is a player with good offensive and defensive skills in the forefront of the league, but without teammates like James, his dominance will be greatly reduced. Coupled with the impact of injuries, Thick Eyebrow’s three-pointers last season have disappeared, and his fast-break and difficult air-catching abilities have regressed with the naked eye. It is a bloody lesson that the Western Conference finals were swept by the Nuggets. Without outside threats, Jokic’s defense could not be mobilized, which brought great difficulties to teammates’ storming. Next season is a crucial season for the Lakers. The management may even take the risk of jumping out of the contract and consider renewing the contract after the end of next season. If you want to stay with the Lakers, the heavy eyebrows must come up with a better state in the new season, one is to stay healthy, and the other is to reproduce the dominance in the park, otherwise they are likely to be swept out by the Lakers!
