  Frontiers of science and technology

The earth is full of novel life forms, most of which we humans don’t know. A study in 2011 estimated that scientists had not identified 86% species on land and 91% species in the ocean.

Every year, scientists go to remote mountain forests and go deep into the deepest part of the ocean to find new animals. They find strange creatures in extreme environments and unknown mammals in ordinary places. In the past ten years, scientists have discovered many interesting animals, from the giant mouse to the smallest frog in the world.

  Translucent snail

In one of the deepest cave systems in the world, scientists have discovered a new translucent snail. This new species, Zospeum tholussum, lives 980 meters underground in the Lukina Jama-Trojama cave system in Croatia. Because there is no light so far below the surface of the earth, the little snail doesn’t need vision.

  Pink dolphin

Through DNA testing, scientists found a new pink dolphin in the Araguaya River basin of Amazon. According to National Geographic, the dolphin in Aragua Bay is the first new species of dolphin discovered in a century.

  Xiaoyu Wa Kanda

Researchers have discovered an African fish with shiny purple scales and named it Wa Kanda, a fictional home in Marvel Comics Black Panther. Its deep purple scales are arranged in a chain, which reminds scientists of the high-tech battle suit worn by the superhero Panther.

The rarest species of Tapanuli orangutan

In 2017, researchers announced that the newly discovered Tapanuli orangutan is the seventh known species of apes and the rarest species in the world. At present, there are only about 800 Tapanuli orangutans left on the earth, and they are threatened by hunting and habitat loss.

"Apes are one of the most studied species in the world. If we can still find new species in this category after 200 years of biological research, does it mean that more new information needs to be discovered about other species that we ignore? " Environmental protection scientist Eric megard said.

  Long tail dwarf lemur

Another lovely arboreal animal, the long-tailed dwarf lemur, is smaller than a squirrel. It is the only known primate that hibernates for a long time. In order to prepare for seven months’ sleep, these animals will gobble up fruits and flowers and store 40% of their body fat in their tails.

Previously, the last dwarf lemur died in 1875, and since then, people have never seen their whereabouts, so they were also classified as extinct animals, and later they were found in Madagascar.

  Puji horned lizard

Some newly discovered creatures are not so cute. Phuket horned lizard is a kind of forest lizard, which lives in Phuket in southwest Thailand. Although it looks fierce, it feeds on insects and is harmless to human beings.

The smallest frog: smaller than a dime

A frog smaller than a dime was found in the rain forest of New Guinea in 2012. It is the smallest vertebrate in the world. This frog is only 7.7 mm long on average, lives in southern Papua New Guinea and feeds on invertebrates like mites.

"People keep finding smaller and smaller frogs, which is really amazing." Robin Moore, an amphibian expert, said, "They are adapting and filling an area that no other species can fill."

  Silver-backed musk deer

In the forests of Vietnam, scientists discovered the long-lost silverback musk deer in November. Although strictly speaking, this is not a newly discovered species, environmentalists have worried that the silverback musk deer has become extinct.

  Small-pointed raccoon

The little pointed-nosed raccoon is the smallest member of the known raccoon family and was found by scientists in the cloud forest of Ecuador. "The era of discovery is not over yet." Helgen, director of the Mammal Museum of the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, told National Geographic at the time, "In 2013, we discovered this spectacular and beautiful animal, and there will be more discoveries in the future."

  Wannunu rat

The local people in Solomon Islands have been talking about a kind of coconut-eating, nearly 2-Jin-long Wannu mouse, but no scientists have ever confirmed its existence. Until 2017, a big mouse fell from a tree cut down by a lumberjack to a park ranger.

"This is the first mouse found in Solomon in 80 years, and people have not tried it — — It’s just hard to find. " Lavery, the first mammal scientist to identify the species through DNA analysis, said.

Because of the development of logging industry, scientists think that this kind of mouse is on the verge of extinction. The mouse that Lavery found in the fallen tree died soon. "For this mouse, if we don’t find it now, it may never be found." He said. "The area where it was found is one of the only remaining uncultivated forest areas."

On March 3rd, the 11th World Wildlife Day entered the "Wild Animal Paradise"-Karamay.

March 3rd, 2024 is the 11th World Wildlife Day. Xiao Bian of tianshan net Popular Science Studio walked into Karamay and visited Karamay, a "wildlife paradise" in early spring through the lens.

Karamaili, located in the east of Junggar Basin, is the native place of wild wild horse Platts, the largest wild habitat and breeding ground in the world. In addition to the rare wild horse Platts, which is rarer than the giant panda, there are also rare and endangered wild animals such as Mongolian wild donkey, goose throat antelope, argali, lynx, red fox and sand fox, which is a concentrated distribution area of ungulate wild animals in low-altitude desert in China. It has many types of desert vegetation, such as Haloxylon ammodendron and Calligonum mongolicum, and is a typical representative of desert ecosystem in temperate arid regions of the world. There is also a unique natural landscape of clastic rock landform represented by Yadan landform in arid areas.

It is understood that there are 392 species of wild plants and 260 species of wild animals in Karamay.

(information piece)

In April, 2022, the application for the creation of Kalamaili National Park was approved. The creation area consists of three protected areas: Kalamaili Mountain ungulate wildlife nature reserve, Qitai Silicified Wood Dinosaur National Geopark in Xinjiang, and Qitai Silicified Wood desert park in Xinjiang.

Today, Karamay has been upgraded from the traditional "human eye view" to the "celestial eye view", and it has achieved "global patrol and adjustment at any time" from "local patrol". Heavy-duty pan/tilt, infrared camera, unmanned aerial vehicle and satellite communication make it full of scientific and technological sense.

The gang illegally traded more than 70 thousand wild birds and was sentenced and compensated (subtitle)
Rule of Law Daily reporter Luo Shasha
The rule of law daily correspondent Sun Xinxin Chen Wenjia
In order to gain profits, a gang knows that wild animals such as black water chicken and field sole are "three-owned" animals that are protected by the state or have important economic and scientific research value, but they still contact each other to hunt and sell, consign and post them in the name of frozen pigeon meat, and illegally trade more than 76,000 wild birds and animals.
Recently, after the People’s Procuratorate of Donghai County, Jiangsu Province filed a criminal incidental civil public interest lawsuit, Ge and others were sentenced by the court to penalties ranging from 2 years and 3 months to 3 months of criminal detention, suspended for 6 months, and public welfare compensation ranging from 13.9185 million yuan to 12,000 yuan. At this point, a criminal chain with clear division of labor and complete links of "hunting, transporting and selling" has been destroyed.
Protect the animal incarnation "pigeon meat"
In October, 2021, the public security organ of Lianyungang discovered that Ge had consigned frozen pigeon meat with a gross weight of 5,335 kilograms to Guangzhou, Guangdong Province for 35 times through an airport in Donghai County in April of that year. Pigeons are found all over the country, and the transportation cost of airplanes is so high. Why do you consign "pigeon meat" so frequently and in large quantities in a short period of time? This attracted the attention of the airport branch staff.
After sampling and identification through legal procedures, the "pigeon meat" checked by Ge is actually a black water chicken, which belongs to the national "three-owned" protected animals, and the benchmark value is each 300 yuan.
On November 8, 2021, Lianyungang Public Security Bureau handed over the case to Donghai County Public Security Bureau for investigation. On November 9 of the same year, the police arrested Ge, and found that there were 268 black water chickens, 5 boneheaded chickens and 1518 field plaice in his car, all of which belonged to the national "three-owned" protected animals. After investigation, on February 16, 2022, Donghai County Public Security Bureau transferred 15 people including Ge Mou to Donghai County Procuratorate for review and prosecution.
Where did Ge’s "pigeon meat" come from? Hunting by yourself or trading? Have the upstream and downstream accomplices fully explained the facts of the crime? After a comprehensive review of the case, these problems haunted the prosecutor’s mind. After careful analysis of the case, the prosecutor in charge started an interrogation from Ge, and uncovered an illegal hunting, purchasing, transporting and selling wildlife gang.
The illegal trading chain surfaced.
After interrogation, Ge confessed that he was the middleman of the trading chain, mainly contacting the online for acquisition and looking for the offline for sales. "Online" Dai Moulei, Wu Mouren and others are a group of "professional" illegal bird catchers. They are familiar with the living habits of wild birds such as black water chickens. From October 2020 to November 2021, they hunted in the black water chickens’ habitats in many places at night, using nets made of white nylon silk thread to attract wild birds by means of food and playing bird calls. Once the birds enter the net, they will be firmly entangled and cannot escape. Dai Moulei, Wu Mouren and others will contact Ge to buy the captured wild birds after processing them. In addition, Ge will also buy wild birds from Ge Mobo.
Later, Ge Mou sold the purchased wild birds to Chen Mou, Xie Moupeng, Zhang Mouqing and others, and Xie Moupeng sold them to Huang Mouxing, Liu Moujun, Xu Mouqing and others, while Liu Moujun and Xu Mouqing also acquired from Liu Mouwei, Wang Mou and Wang Moucun … a "black trading chain" with Ge Mou as the core for illegal hunting, acquisition, transportation and sale of wild animals.
In this way, the hunted wild birds such as black water chicken and field plaice have been sold wholesale or retail by many people for many times, and finally flow to the table in the name of frozen "pigeon meat", ranging from roadside restaurants to wedding tables, becoming the game that some "bird eaters" flock to. After investigation, Ge and others illegally traded more than 76,000 wild animals such as black water chickens and field scorpions, involving a transaction amount of more than 1 million yuan.
Hold up an umbrella for wild animals
"There are a large number of people involved in the upstream and downstream of the case, and the number of illegally traded wild animals is large, and the handling process coincides with the entry into force of relevant new judicial interpretations. There is room for discussion on whether Ge and others are guilty of concealing or concealing the crime or illegally buying and selling terrestrial wild animals." The prosecutor said.
The prosecutor took the initiative to guide the public security organs to obtain evidence, grasped the investigation direction, made a detailed supplementary investigation outline, and suggested that the public security organs comprehensively collect and fix evidence on the acquisition source, destination, transportation mode and transaction mode of wild birds such as black pheasant and boneheaded pheasant, and carefully combed and analyzed the subjective knowledge, chat records and transfer records of the people involved, clarified the key clues, and finally verified the criminal evidence of Ge and others’ upstream and downstream transactions, and confessed through the accomplices.
In addition, the prosecutor in charge strengthened the guidance and investigation in the process of handling, and used the integrated case handling mechanism to strengthen the evidence review and check, and accurately characterized everyone’s criminal behavior. On September 29, 2022, Donghai County Procuratorate prosecuted 8 people including Ge Mou and Xie Moupeng for the crime of illegal acquisition and sale of terrestrial wildlife, and 3 people including Dai Moulei and Wu Mouren for the crime of illegal hunting. Ge Mobo was prosecuted for the crime of illegal sale of terrestrial wildlife, and two people, including Wang Mou, who was slightly involved in the case, were relatively not prosecuted according to law, and Wang Mouying, who had other facts involved in the case, was transferred to other counties and districts for review.
At the same time, the Donghai County Procuratorate clearly defined the specific scope of joint liability according to the amount of compensation for public welfare damage that each defendant had to bear, and ordered 12 people including Ge Mou and Dai Moulei to compensate for the loss of wildlife resources with criminal incidental civil public interest litigation, totaling 22.95 million yuan. At present, 10 people including Xie Mopeng and Zhang Moqing have voluntarily returned 215,000 yuan. Recently, the Environmental Court of guannan county People’s Court made the above judgment.
According to the prosecutor in charge, the case caused the loss of wildlife resources and the destruction of the ecological environment, and the wild animals sold were in danger of infringing on the health of consumers and causing public health emergencies, which harmed the public interest. Ge and others should not only bear criminal responsibility, but also bear civil tort liability for their actions that damage public welfare. After that, the hospital will also make targeted procuratorial suggestions in combination with similar case studies to support wild animals.

Is it spring for science students to hand over their bright "employment transcripts"?

"2019 China Labor Market Development Report" points out that the structural contradiction of college students’ employment is prominent, and the external environment changes cause the demand of college students to upgrade and the adjustment of college students’ supply to lag behind, which is manifested in the employment difficulties of liberal arts graduates and the shortage of science and engineering talents.

With the end of the semester, the "autumn trick" in full swing has also come to an end. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Education, the number of college graduates in 2020 is expected to reach 8.74 million, an increase of 400,000 compared with the same period of last year. The number of graduates has reached a new high, and the employment situation is still grim.

However, some college students find that their major is not as difficult to find a job as the students around them complain, and they can even easily hold several employment notices. Some surveys also point out that the employment of college students now presents a "structural contradiction": the change of social environment and the development of emerging industries lead to the shortage of science and engineering talents.

Science and engineering majors hand over bright "employment transcripts"

Looking back on my job-hunting experience during this period, Mou Panlong, a senior student at Northeastern University Qinhuangdao Branch, said, "I’m still very happy".

Mou Panlong majored in electrical engineering and automation. As soon as he entered his senior year, he submitted resumes to several favorite companies online — — They are well-known companies in China, and they also participated in the presentation of professional counterparts organized by the school. Not long ago, the company that submitted his resume online contacted him and invited him to have a video interview the next morning. During the interview, he introduced himself briefly and asked several professional-related questions. In the evening, he was informed that the interview had passed.

"Then we talked about the salary and treatment, and both sides were very satisfied. The result now should still meet psychological expectations." Yan Panlong said happily.

An interview with the reporter of Zhongqingbao Zhongqingwang found that in science and engineering, there are not a few students who easily hold an offer like Mou Panlong. At the same time, during this period, colleges and universities began to release the employment quality reports of graduates in 2019, and the "employment transcripts" of science and engineering majors in many science and engineering schools and comprehensive universities were very eye-catching.

According to the Report on the Employment Quality of Graduates in 2019 in Tsinghua University, as of October 31, 2019, the employment rate of graduates in 2019 in Tsinghua University was 98.1%. From the perspective of the industries to which the unit belongs, the industries with the largest number of graduates mainly include information transmission, software and information technology services. Enterprises are the main units for graduates to sign tripartite employment, accounting for 69.9% of the employed, of which private enterprises account for 33.4%.

In addition, the "Report on the Employment Quality of Graduates in 2019" released by Beihang University shows that after the average annual salary of graduates in 2018 broke the 150,000 yuan mark, the average annual salary of graduates in 2019 reached a new high of 181,300 yuan, and the graduates received an average of 3.96 employment notices during the job search. In Beijing Institute of Technology, the employment rate of graduates in 2019 was 98.35%, and the top 30 enterprises (groups) receiving graduates were all units in important fields such as aerospace, aviation, weapons and electronics.

"In Beijing Institute of Technology, it is not unusual for a student to get more than a dozen employment letters in his hand before the Spring Festival." Lin Jijia, director of the Career Guidance Center of Beijing Institute of Technology, also observed that the demand for science and engineering jobs has been increasing in recent years. He took the demand of employers for Beijing Institute of Technology as an example. "There is indeed an inequality between liberal arts and science and engineering. The demand for science and engineering posts is obviously greater than that of liberal arts, which may also be related to the positioning of the school."

"Structural Shortage" of Science and Engineering Talents

In the recruitment market of universities, why can "no job" and "no talent" coexist?

Not long ago, the 2019 China Labor Market Development Report released by the Labor Market Research Center of Beijing Normal University pointed out that the structural contradiction of college students’ employment is prominent, and the external environment changes cause the demand of college students to upgrade and the adjustment of college students’ supply to lag behind, which is manifested in the employment difficulties of liberal arts graduates and the shortage of science and engineering talents.

In some colleges and universities, we can see the "talent war" in the field of science and engineering from the industry distribution of employers recruited in colleges and universities. Zhejiang University’s "Report on the Employment Quality of Graduates in 2019" shows that from the distribution of the industries where 3,290 units are recruited from Zhejiang University, manufacturing, information transmission, software and information technology services, scientific research and technical services have the largest number, accounting for 50.46% of the total.

In view of the "structural shortage" of science and engineering talents, Liu Xiaojie, deputy director of the Admissions and Employment Department of University of Science and Technology Beijing, said in an interview with the reporter of Zhongqing Daily and Zhongqing.com that this is basically the same as the demand for talents in the core technology fields urgently needed by the majority of employers in the process of national innovation and development. At the same time, there is a large demand for engineering students in some traditional financial and management positions, which really objectively reflects the urgent demand for science and engineering talents in the market.

"The recruitment of enterprises is no longer focused on professionalism. They are more inclined to whether students’ ability is competent for the post, so it also provides a convenient condition for engineering students to apply for a job across the border, while the scope of cross-border job hunting for liberal arts students is indeed less likely." Liu Xiaojie said.

Nevertheless, both liberal arts students and science students have their own advantages and disadvantages in the process of employment.

Liu Xiaojie said that in the process of job hunting, science and engineering students have less practical experience related to employment. From the perspective of students’ individual ability, oral communication and expression, language organization ability and job preparation are often not as full as those of liberal arts students; However, the professional substitutability of liberal arts students is higher than that of science students, so employers will have higher requirements for job seekers’ personal ability and internship pertinence.

Lin Yujia also said that from the perspective of job requirements, most of the positions for recruiting liberal arts students require portability, while the job requirements for science and engineering students mainly focus on professional skills. When science and engineering students apply for civil servants or other public management positions, their written test and interview performance are obviously inferior to those of liberal arts students.

"In addition, judging from the job requirements announced by the national examination, there are not many positions that are not limited to majors, and many engineering students have no chance to apply for the exam. From the perspective of time schedule, the front line for liberal arts students to find a job is longer. " Lin Yijia said.

College students should establish "reasonable employment expectation"

For college students of science and engineering, it is more necessary to keep a cool head under numerous choices.

Liu Yiwei (pseudonym), a graduate student of Tongji University, joined the "Autumn Recruitment" army in September last year and has now "landed". Recalling the recruitment experience in the past few months, she said, "The result is good, but the process is tortuous."

In many written tests and interviews, Liu Yiwei had a deeper understanding of his major. "My major is technical, so compared with the liberal arts major, I feel it is relatively simple to find a counterpart job. But on the other hand, my choice is narrower than that of liberal arts students, and I can only find job opportunities in professional fields. Of course, as a science student, we should cherish what we have ‘ Technical threshold ’ " .

Liu Xiaojie also found some gratifying changes in this year’s graduates’ job hunting. "First of all, graduates’ awareness of job hunting has improved compared with previous students. The choice in the process of job hunting is no longer limited to high salary, and more people are beginning to think about life and future planning. Secondly, the overall level of students’ job-seeking skills has improved, which is also inseparable from the generally solid development of employment in various universities. "

In view of college students’ job hunting, many college teachers suggest that college students should establish "reasonable employment expectations".

Lin Jijia said that the so-called difficulty in finding jobs for college students is due to the contradiction between supply and demand, but there are also reasons for high personal expectations. Many students’ unreasonable employment expectations lead to "high failure and low failure". "We should pay more attention to the material treatment, pay attention to the needs of the country, and pay attention to the matching of people and posts and long-term development".

In addition, Liu Xiaojie suggested that it is necessary to make long-term preparations to avoid urgent needs. "Our survey shows that students who have clearly planned and practiced since their freshman year have significantly higher employment satisfaction and employment quality, and their employment difficulty is also lower. Therefore, only when they have a plan can they have a direction and a direction can they have motivation."

Liu Xiaojie said that for science students who are now favored by employers, it is necessary to combine their growth with the needs of the country and the development of the mainstream. "Personal growth can only be more stable and faster if you stand on the big platform of the country, and you can only play a greater role if you are in the fields and regions that the country needs most."

Poor export channels, fruit price collapse, Democratic Progressive Party hurting Taiwan Province fruit farmers

Farmers in Taiwan Province angrily smashed pineapples in protest, and the pulp was scattered at the gate of the Executive Yuan. (data picture)

Farmers in Taiwan Province angrily smashed pineapples in protest, and the pulp was scattered at the gate of the Executive Yuan. (data picture)

More than 200 farmers in Taiwan Province recently went to the "Executive Yuan" of Taiwan authorities to protest their grievances and smashed pineapples in front of the gate. This summer, the wholesale price of pineapple on the island dropped to one in 10 yuan (NTD, the same below), while two or three years ago, the same pineapple was exported to the mainland and sold to 100 yuan. When some farmers protested, they shouted abuse on the spot, that is, "Taiwan independence" harmed Taiwan Province fruit farmers.

  Fruit harvest is "disastrous"

Taiwan Province fruit prices plummeted this summer. First, the banana collapsed, and the purchase price of the south-central producing area fell to 5 yuan per kilogram, and the poor varieties were only 1 yuan per kilogram. Then the pineapple was in a hurry. The pineapple with good wholesale price and quality in Gukeng Township, Yunlin County was only 10 yuan per kilogram, which was not enough, and the inferior products with poor sales were still neglected in 2 yuan per kilogram.

The latest disaster is pitaya. In previous years, the top pitaya was 1 kg in 200 yuan, but this year, only 20 yuan is left, and wholesalers only accept large ones, not small ones. Chen Haiyong, a fruit farmer in Yujing District, Tainan, said that Lin Congxian, the chairman of Taiwan’s "Agricultural Committee", publicly said that pitaya would be the next fruit whose price plummeted, and "officials said such things and caused market panic", which was the biggest responsibility.

Taiwan Province is famous for its fruits. Why has this year’s harvest turned into a disaster? Because of the small market in Taiwan Province, when the fruit output suddenly increases, it has to be absorbed by export. However, the Japanese market, which favored Taiwan Province fruits in the early years, has now turned to Philippine fruits with lower prices. Since Democratic Progressive Party took office, he has pursued the policy of "far from the mainland" everywhere, pushing this big market which is most suitable for Taiwan Province fruits further and further.

Fruit farmers on the island denounced Taiwan’s "Executive Yuan" when they protested, just because "Premier" Lai Qingde said, "I am pragmatic ‘ Taiwan independence workers ’ " , let cross-strait relations fall into a freezing point, affect the sales orders, and cause chaos in Taiwan Province’s supply and demand market. "After March this year, the export orders were gone, and everything ‘ Finished ’ " .

A few years ago, there was a bumper harvest of fruits in Taiwan Province, but the result was quite different, only because the mainland started emergency procurement at the first time. In 2011, when Ma Ying-jeou was in power, there was a bumper harvest of bananas in Taiwan Province, but before the plight of farmers came, the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council had already grasped the situation, and the head of ARATS personally flew to Taiwan Province to discuss procurement matters. During a recent visit to fruit farmers, Ma Ying-jeou said that better cross-strait relations can help Taiwan Province farmers sell their fruits to the mainland, but unfortunately such sales channels are almost gone … …

Blame farmers for not being smart.

Democratic Progressive Party authorities should have taken responsibility for blocking the sale of fruits and helped fruit farmers out of their predicament. However, the so-called "solutions" put forward by the Taiwan authorities are either superficial or purely show-making, which is basically useless. What’s more, officials of the authorities have even criticized farmers for being "not smart".

In the face of peasant protests, Lin Congxian, the chairman of Taiwan’s "Agriculture Committee", took out "three arrows" and said that it was necessary to strengthen export, processing and direct promotion. Taiwan’s "United Daily News" commentary pointed out that these three tricks are "basic common sense" that can be applied to the production and marketing of all agricultural products. How can they save the emergency? The exporters of agricultural products on the island bluntly said that direct selling and processing were originally done by everyone, so why did the Taiwan authorities come? It is ok to export. The Korean market likes pineapples very much, but the tariff is as high as 30%. What has the Taiwan authorities done in the face of the export dilemma?

What is even more speechless is that Lin Congxian actually accused the peasants in turn, saying that "it is smart agriculture now, and it is necessary to be smart to avoid natural disasters." According to this divine logic, the decline in fruit prices is caused by farmers being too stupid to plant too many kinds. As for the evil cause of the Taiwan authorities blocking sales, it doesn’t matter.

Earlier, the "Agriculture Committee" also questioned that the collapse of fruit prices was "fake news" made by the media. Lai Qingde’s coup to promote bananas is to "boil bananas with skins and dip them in soy sauce", while Democratic Progressive Party’s "legislators" perform eating bananas with skins &hellip on the spot; … Taiwan Province’s "China Times" commented that poor farmers in Taiwan Province not only need to be on guard against heavy rain, but also have to carry heavy loads in the "dry talk" of the authorities and ask for more happiness.

  Mainland procurement sees the truth

The official communication mechanism between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits stopped, and the emergency procurement mechanism of the mainland could not be started. However, in the face of Taiwan Province farmers’ requests for help, the mainland still tried its best to lend a helping hand.

According to Taiwan Province media reports, Huang Jianting, the county magistrate of Taitung, looked for a sales channel in the mainland in early June, and Wuxi and Xiamen promised to purchase pineapples. The first batch of 16.8 tons was shipped in containers on June 30 and sold to Wuxi. Huang Jianting said that this is the first batch of pineapples sold to the mainland in Taitung this year, and Fujian also promised to buy 500 tons of pineapples in Taitung. Xu Ruigui, director of agriculture, revealed that Wuxi entrusted Taiwan Province traders to "purchase" farmers with 25 yuan per kilogram, setting the highest export price of pineapples on the island in June this year.

Meanwhile, the "2018 Summer Taiwan Province Fruit Festival" opened in Beijing on June 30th. The event was sponsored by the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, the Miaoli County Government of Taiwan and the Beijing Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, with pineapple and mango produced in Taiwan Province appearing in succession. Lin Zijun, the person in charge of Taiwan Province Guorantian Marketing Integration Company, said that the fruit exhibition is of substantial help to alleviate the unsalable situation of fruits in Taiwan Province.

China Times commented that Taiwan Province’s market is too small to rely on the mainland. To solve the fruit problem in Taiwan Province, we should abandon political prejudice, actively communicate with the other side and help agricultural products to be sold to the mainland. Will the Democratic Progressive Party authorities listen to such a big truth?

"People in Spring" is being broadcasted, and Liu Tingzuo’s dual identity is expected.

On November 6th, based on the advanced deeds of Yu Fuling and Secretary Yu, the TV series "People in Spring" (formerly known as "Alley Prime Minister"), which focuses on community grassroots workers and witnesses their sadness, difficulties and growth, was released in prime time. Liu Tingzuo plays the noble property manager of the community in Spring in the play, and participates in directing the grouping part of the play.

"People in Spring" is being broadcasted, and Liu Tingzuo's dual identity is expected.

People in Spring is co-produced by Zach Li as the chief producer, Chen Haifan as the producer, TianYuanHong as the director, Liu Tingzuo as the group director, Li Xiaofeng, Ling Xiaosu, Yao Anlian, etc.

"People in Spring" is being broadcasted, and Liu Tingzuo's dual identity is expected.

The story mainly tells the story that Xu Yingying, a doctoral teacher of Yongzhou University, came to the community in Spring to investigate and was unexpectedly elected as the community director. He kept thinking and exploring in the complicated community governance work, and grew up from a newcomer to an excellent community cadre. With the joint efforts of community policeman Tian Lijie, social worker colleagues and many community residents, he transformed the old factory into a characteristic central block that residents yearned for. As the first TV series focusing on community workers in recent years, People in Spring not only has the overall layout of community events, but also returns to the contradictions of small and medium-sized families and even personal lives in the community. There is an emotional mosaic between small families and large families in the hearts of each community worker, and the ordinary work and flash experiences of the characters in the play are also happening to tens of thousands of social workers in the country.

"People in Spring" is being broadcasted, and Liu Tingzuo's dual identity is expected.

As an important part of the community, property workers are the guarantors of the residents’ better life, and they have only one mission. Service. As a link between community service and residents’ security, Liu Tingzuo, the property manager Gao Sheng, has experienced ups and downs in the "confrontation" with community residents in the spring. "But there is nothing to be done in vain, and governance by doing nothing" is the orientation of this character. Liu Tingzuo’s interpretation of this role is quite comic. People in Spring is another work directed by Liu Tingzuo as a group director, following My bel ami and New Year after Year. Liu Tingzuo said that he would like to thank the filmmakers and directors who have given him the opportunity to learn. He believes that there is no conflict between them. As an actor, he will have his own desire to express himself. As the initiative of a work, the director can put his thoughts and feelings into it, which is also the advantage of his role control and shaping. He said that there is still a lot to learn as a director, and in 2021, Liu Tingzuo also contacted many excellent directors in acting, and received a lot of inspiration and guidance. Please pay more attention to this "People in Spring" that is being broadcast!

Strawberry 99, honeydew melon fake import … What pits are there on the road of "fruit freedom"

Fruits with rich categories and good quality have now become an indispensable part of people’s diet. However, the reporter’s investigation found that some unscrupulous merchants turned their minds to the field of fruit sales and made profits through over-packaging and poor information. Insiders suggest that more diversified supervision and management measures should be adopted to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.

  "Fake exquisiteness" or "Really fooled"?

A row of exquisite wooden boxes are packed neatly. After opening, all kinds of decorative fillers are filled in it, but the actual content is only one strawberry. The store told reporters that such a "Japanese snow strawberry" can sell for nearly 100 yuan in festivals. "Little couples give gifts, who cares about the taste?"

The reporter opened the online shopping platform and found that the sales of similar "exquisite fruits" were not small. All kinds of fruits such as cantaloupe and avocado were exquisitely packaged, and then they were labeled with import labels, which could mark the price of several hundred yuan.

In a shop, the asking price of a strawberry marked with Japanese varieties was as high as that of 99 yuan. When a reporter asked if it was really imported from Japan, the store ignored him and only said that "all the products consulted are in stock". When the reporter asked whether the imported strawberries could be kept fresh, the store simply gave up the reply.

In another store, there are also honeydew melons marked as imported varieties, and the price of a single one is about 500 yuan. However, the industry insiders told reporters that related varieties were not allowed to be imported many years ago, and the platform sold either illegal imports or "counterfeit goods". "There are also some fruit varieties introduced locally, but some merchants will lead consumers to mistakenly think that they are imported fruits, thus raising prices."

The reporter saw that only this variety of honeydew melon has thousands of sales, and many other "imported fruits" and "exquisite fruits" in the store have at least hundreds of sales results.

In the message area of shops selling similar exquisite fruits, the reporter found that some netizens print pictures to show that the packaging is exquisite "with face" and "I like it when I receive gifts", but some netizens bluntly said "IQ tax, don’t buy it".

The reporter’s investigation found that the special demand of some consumers for packaged fruits is one of the reasons for the formation of high-priced fruit market. "Valentine’s Day is high-end, and it also makes people feel valued." In the comment area of online stores selling such goods, similar statements are common. Some interviewees said that on many social platforms, you will see such exquisitely packaged fruits, which makes people "can’t help but want to be exquisite". In the face of comments and doubts about the "IQ tax", some netizens responded that what they bought was "face value", regardless of the higher price.

Some shopkeepers bluntly said that in order not to look shabby and "human feelings are passable", luxury packaged fruits have always been available during the holiday season. "There will be customers who think it is too expensive, but they always bite their teeth and buy it."

According to industry insiders, in the fruit sales market, the profit difference of different categories will not be too high. In order to earn more, some unscrupulous merchants have used "crooked brains", such as adding boxes and stamping, and the profit rate can reach a big step.

Some commodity sales links are fraudulent.

The reporter interviewed people in the industry and learned that some inferior fruits in production links flowed into e-commerce and live broadcast platforms. Wang Biao, CEO of Fresh Bee (Beijing) Network Technology Co., Ltd. told reporters that all kinds of fruits produced in orchards are generally classified according to letters. "The worst quality in our industry is generally called ‘ E-commerce fruit ’ 。” Wang Biao explained that damaged and defective products are generally difficult to sell in traditional channels, and are generally resold to some merchants on e-commerce platforms at very low prices.

"This kind of fruit has no warranty by default in the industry, so it doesn’t matter if it is sold." Wang Biao said that the orchard and the purchasing merchants have a "tacit understanding" on such fruits, and will not inspect the proportion of good products of related fruits. "If consumers buy bad quality, first, it is difficult to obtain evidence for fresh complaints; Second, most people feel that tens of dollars are not worth it, so in the end they often end up with the result of not pursuing it. "

There is also fraud in the intermediate wholesale link. Jiang Liancheng, deputy general manager of Tianjin Food Group Trading Company, told reporters that in the wholesale link, some unscrupulous merchants racked their brains to seek profits. "For example, there is a common way for fruit to gain weight, that is, industrial products such as lime are filled in the gap between cardboard compartments in the box."

Jiang Liancheng said that shoddy is also a common problem. "Open the box big in the upper, small inferior in the lower. However, it is impossible to disassemble all the goods for inspection, which will increase the cost. " Take apples as an example, the average selling price can be higher than 20% if they pass off as high-quality apples from Gansu or Shandong. "Non-professionals are hard to identify at a glance."

Under the poor information, the retail side should not be taken lightly. Wang Biao said that it is also a common method to sell inferior fruits at a high price by using the information gap in the sales process. "For example, durian is repeatedly frozen and thawed, and the pulp will turn white or even deteriorate. Consumers will buy it at normal prices if they don’t know."

"fruit freedom" looks forward to more complete protection

The mandatory national standard "Food and Cosmetics for Restricting Overpackaging of Commodities" approved by the State Administration of Market Supervision will be officially implemented on September 1, 2023. Zhang Yuhua, a lawyer of Shanghai Jintiancheng (Tianjin) Law Firm, said that after the implementation of the new standards, attention should be paid to the new application problems in law enforcement practice, and supervision and management should be strengthened in view of some new packaging forms and varieties that may exist in the current fruit sales field.

Jiang Liancheng suggested that the promotion of national certification standards such as "three products and one standard" in fruit sales should be strengthened, and the registration and rights protection of local marks should also be strengthened for some characteristic products. The regulatory authorities can increase the crackdown on problems in the sales field such as shoddy goods and "impersonation" and increase the illegal cost. "Activities such as lectures on fruit purchase knowledge can be carried out, starting with increasing consumers’ ability to identify."

In addition, in view of the characteristics of online platform fresh trading supervision and rights protection is not easy, some people in the industry suggested that the review of fresh e-commerce platform merchants should be intensified and a more long-term accountability mechanism should be established. According to the 2022 China Fresh E-commerce Consumer Complaint Data and Typical Case Report released by the E-commerce Research Center of NetEconomy & Society, the high-incidence complaints of fresh e-commerce are the nonstandard labeling of commodity information, deterioration, damage and odor of commodities, and the inconsistency between the goods in kind and publicity. "Some complaints about bad reviews can be brushed down by themselves, and some are re-put on the shelves with another name." Wang Biao suggested that the e-commerce platform should set up a more perfect evaluation and merchant withdrawal mechanism in conjunction with the regulatory authorities to promote consumers’ participation and continuously optimize the e-commerce fruit market.

The popularity of online novel "Shuang Wen" or the medicine for readers to decompress.

Beijing, Sept. 7 (Xinhua)-The popularity of "Shuang Wen" can it be a good medicine for readers to decompress?

  Reporter Shangguan Yun

In the prison, the air is not smooth and it smells musty.

"Today I come, is ready to tell you clearly. Thank the duke, the reason why you lost … …” Mei Changsu’s eyes like ice blowing on the prisoner’s face, slowly spit out a few words, "because you are stupid".

Condescending, mocking the opponent who becomes a prisoner, will this plot look very enjoyable?

If you feel the same way, then congratulations, you have entered the pit of "Shuang Wen". And this is indeed a very popular type of online novel recently.

Character setting under the aura of the protagonist

"Shuang Wen", as its name implies, is an article that looks hearty.

This kind of novel is not how good the writing is, but that the protagonist is either extremely clever and undertakes the heavy responsibility of guarding the whole life; Either you are born in a flat place, you will be helped by nobles, and you will be upgraded all the way; Or it is shrouded in the aura of the protagonist, and it is safe to act out of line.

For example, "nirvana in fire" mentioned at the beginning is an outstanding representative of the popular "Shuang Wen" in recent years. Some netizens said that watching Mei Changsu Zhibo, a "unicorn genius", avenge the wrongs for many years, which made people feel very happy.

If you still can’t get the point of "cool writing", you can look at the popular Story of Yanxi Palace: the heroine Wei Yiluo was born in the bottom, and her embroidery skills were superb. She not only succeeded in revenge, but was loved by "Gao Fushuai" Fu Heng, and finally became a favorite princess who helped Qianlong prosper.

This drama, which has the characteristics of "cool writing", frequently boarded the hot search when it was broadcast, earning enough attention.

Typical "cool writing" also includes "Choosing a Day", "Whirling" and "Fighting and Doing Kun" … … The article is on fire, and the adapted film and television drama is also on fire.

  Those routines in "Shuang Wen"

Dong Jiangbo, the editor-in-chief of Tianxia Book League Novel Network, once divided it into several different types, such as "cultivating immortals and upgrading", "big women fighting in the palace" and "workplace counterattack". The plot is slightly different but the routine is basically the same: the protagonist is frustrated but always has a hundred times the opportunity to achieve a brilliant life.

Some "cool writing" plots will be a bit "cruel", such as "Hua Qiangu", but this does not prevent the heroine from having a halo-filled life: "When she was born, all the flowers in the city withered" and she was accepted as an apprentice by Bai Zihua, the "tallest person in the Six Realms".

It looks boring, but many "cool articles" have been published and adapted, which is quite popular. For example, "Breaking the Sky", considered as the originator of "Shuang Wen", has about 186,301,700 total members clicked on a website, and the number is still growing. The TV series of the same name is also being broadcasted.

"No doubt, just check an online literature website, and the top ten hits are mostly ‘ Shuangwen ’ 。” An online writer said.

Readers who love it are humbled?

Why can "Shuang Wen" have so many audiences?

Perhaps it is because in real life, there are too many things that people want to do but dare not and can’t do, but "cool writing" can make people escape from reality for a short time.

Chen Jiang is a middle-level manager of an enterprise. It is common to stay up until two or three o’clock in the morning, and he has to go to the company at seven o’clock in the morning. Sitting down is a flood of to-do items, and there is a slight omission. He was once called by the leader and scolded for two hours.

"My lungs are exploding, and I especially want to shout: quit!" I think so in my heart, but I can’t really do it. Even in late 2016, due to too much pressure, he was hospitalized due to illness. "The mortgage and car loans are still there, and I can’t afford to gamble."

However, in the "cool" world, these are not problems at all. There are often similar plots in Chen Jiang’s favorite works: the protagonist suffers a lot, shouts "quit" and leaves smartly, and he meets a wealthy man who silently appreciates him at the corner and gets a better job, or has another adventure.

His resentful emotions found sustenance and vent in "Shuang Wen", and he often felt that it should be his true self, "I know there is ‘ Shuangwen ’ The style is not high, and the plot can’t stand scrutiny, but they have relieved my mental stress very well. "

The heaviness of the real world is being experienced by myself, so I don’t want to read the same story again.

The satisfaction of the virtual world’s "counterattack"

On the other hand, "Shuang Wen" is also in the virtual world, which provides the satisfaction of "counterattack" for ordinary little people.

Wang Ting is an ordinary white-collar worker, in her thirties, single, with an ordinary job and average ability. Like many people floating in big cities, she is under pressure from all aspects: work, rent, food and clothing and other living expenses.

If you want to get a promotion and raise your salary, you have limited opportunities and limited strength. She often feels that there is no hope after hard work. "As written in the paragraph, I am quite confused: Who am I? Where Am I? What am I going to do? "

"I like to watch fantasy ‘ Shuangwen ’ It is a pastime. " Wang Ting said that watching the protagonist from a small person, all the way to "blame and upgrade", there is a reward for paying, especially a sense of substitution. "It seems that those wishes that cannot be realized in reality have been fulfilled for you, and he is in a good mood."

She lamented that too many people in life are not so happy, and the status quo is not as good as expected. Although the protagonist in Shuangwen is not always smooth sailing, he can always get help, not as helpless as in reality.

"If you can’t turn over the salted fish, don’t occasionally indulge in the literary world?" Wang Ting said a little helplessly that the reason why she watched "Shuang Wen" was "perhaps because we were too tired in life".

What nerve did the fire of "Shuang Wen" touch the readers?

Some critics have analyzed that most of the "Shuang Wen" world outlook is simple, the story is fast, the language is popular and straightforward, and most of them are not nutritious in terms of plot alone, but they are a good relaxation tool for people who are under too much pressure. It is normal to like to watch it.

The previously published "Investigation Report on the Living Conditions of White-collar Workers in 2018" shows that 94.9% of white-collar workers in the workplace have anxiety, which has become a daily life. As for the specific source of anxiety, some people jokingly summarized it as "poor and confused".

"Not only white-collar workers, but most of them have ‘ Heroic dream ’ , but just ordinary people, squeezed by life; See ‘ Shuangwen ’ At that time, I always felt that my thoughts were confirmed and I got psychological compensation. " Chen Jiang said that in reality, all kinds of unsatisfied desires and intense emotions can be vented, and they can vent themselves briefly.

Life is so hard, why don’t you feel bad when reading?

Some netizens concluded that this is just like everyone knows that reading only "successful learning" can’t be successful, but they can’t help reading one by one, and then comfort themselves with various cases and fantasies.

In life, everyone comes from different backgrounds and encounters, and always chooses different types of novels according to their own needs, which also gives birth to various types of "cool writing". With the accelerated pace of life and increased pressure, this "family" may also grow stronger.

"Shuang Wen" is in the limelight, but where it will go in the end is still largely unknown. However, perhaps we should pay more attention to the present. After all, people still have to live in reality and get rid of the overhead world of "cool writing". You are just the reader who brushes the article. (Chen Jiang and Wang Ting are pseudonyms)

Should children get pneumococcal vaccine? Doctor: Infants under 1 year old need priority vaccination.

Pneumonia baby in PICU ward

Pneumonia baby in PICU ward

Vaccine has been widely regarded as an effective and economical method to prevent and treat diseases and promote health. Children in all countries should undergo routine immunization to prevent major childhood diseases, which has become the key point of global public health policy implementation. From smallpox, measles to polio, the emergence of vaccines has directly and indirectly saved many lives, greatly reduced the incidence and mortality of diseases, and greatly reduced the burden on families and society.

However, some mothers are biased against vaccines, thinking that vaccines are not good. As long as the first-class vaccines are vaccinated free of charge according to national regulations, the second-class vaccines don’t need to be vaccinated. If their dolls are lucky, they won’t get sick without vaccination!

This kind of luck exists in the hearts of many young mothers. However, there are not so many accidents and not so many fortunes.

Ms. Zhang, a suburb of Chengdu, just gave birth to a lovely baby two months ago. She often takes the baby with her to exchange parenting experiences with other mothers in the community. Among the mothers in the community, when discussing whether it is necessary to take the second-class vaccine at their own expense, several mothers think that the second-class vaccine is not important. They say that if it is important, the country will definitely be included in the scope of free vaccination. Therefore, Ms. Zhang gave up the second type of vaccine. Who knows that two days ago, her baby stayed in the intensive care unit for nearly a month because of meningitis induced by pneumococcal infection. Although the infection has been controlled, the doctor said it may affect the child’s intellectual development … … Ms. Zhang regretted it very much. She said, I should never have listened to them and not given the baby pneumococcal vaccine … …

"extremely high priority" use to fully care for baby health

Early know? How many of them knew that they could turn into regret medicine and avoid tragedy?

Li Yunbi, director of PICU of Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital, said: Vaccination is sure to protect children’s health. If there is no vaccine protection, I believe that many hospitals will be full of pediatrics. With regard to Ms. Zhang’s baby’s meningitis caused by pneumococcal infection, Director Li said: Pneumococcus will not only invade the child’s respiratory system, but also enter the blood, causing infections in many parts of the body, such as pneumonia, otitis media, bronchitis, meningitis, etc., especially meningitis caused by pneumococcal infection. Even if cured, it may leave serious sequelae such as deafness, paralysis and mental retardation; In severe cases, it may endanger the life safety of children. Therefore, pneumococcus is also known as the "health killer" of infants.

Pneumococcus (also known as Streptococcus pneumoniae) is one of the most common bacteria that can cause respiratory infections in children. It is widely colonized in human nasopharynx, and its carrying rate is 27% in developed countries and 85% in developing countries. It is spread by droplets, and children are its main carrier and transmission population. Infants and young children under one year old have weak resistance to pneumococcus because their immune system is not perfect. Once the weather gets cold and the baby catches a cold, pneumococcus will jump out to cause trouble.

In view of the serious threat of pneumococcal disease to children’s health, the World Health Organization (WHO) lists it as a disease that needs to be "very high priority" to be prevented by vaccine, while the frequently mentioned Japanese encephalitis and epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis are listed as diseases that need to be prevented by vaccine.

High-risk groups: the disease clutches infants under 1 year old.

The reporter learned in the interview that the number of cases of pneumococcal infection in children under 5 years old in China ranks second in the world, second only to India. The number of deaths due to pneumococcal infection ranks 10th in the world, and about 30,000 children under 5 years old die from pneumococcal infection every year. This number is much higher than the number of deaths caused by Hib infection. In the Asia-Pacific region, about one child dies of pneumococcal pneumonia every minute. In fact, the treatment of pneumococcal infection in primary hospitals in China is usually empirical treatment with antibiotics. Therefore, the infection status of pneumococcus in China may be underestimated.

Why does pneumococcus "prefer" infants under 1 year old? This is related to the development characteristics of the infant’s immune system. Newborn babies can get maternal antibodies from their mothers, but the maternal antibodies will gradually decrease over time. At the same time, the baby’s own immune system is constantly improving and the resistance is constantly increasing. However, after 6 months — Babies between 1 year old have almost disappeared from mother-to-child antibodies, and their own resistance is not perfect enough, so they have become a high-risk group infected with pneumococcal diseases.

In addition, non-exclusive breastfeeding, indoor air pollution and nutritional deficiency are all high-risk factors for pneumonia in infants, including pneumococcal pneumonia.

Vaccination is the most effective means to control diseases.

For diseases caused by pneumococcus, antibiotics should be used in treatment. However, in recent years, the drug resistance of pneumococcus has become a major challenge in clinical treatment. Antibiotic resistance increases the difficulty of treating pneumococcal diseases, lengthens the course of disease and increases the treatment cost accordingly. Therefore, prevention is far more important than treatment for pneumococcal invasive diseases.

"As the most economical and effective means to prevent infectious diseases, vaccination has achieved remarkable results in China." Huang Rongna, chief of the Department of Planning and Immunology of Chengdu Center for Disease Control and Prevention, told the reporter that according to the data released by National Health Commission, with the popularization of vaccines for more than 40 years, the incidence of various infectious diseases in China has dropped significantly.

As Ms. Zhang thinks, free "first-class seedlings" are more important than self-funded "second-class seedlings". Huang Rongna explained: This statement is incorrect. Whether the vaccine belongs to the first-class vaccine or the second-class vaccine is determined by the government according to the needs of disease prevention and control, comprehensively considering the safety, effectiveness, accessibility and financial affordability of the vaccine, and based on evidence-based scientific evaluation and demonstration. It doesn’t mean that "first-class seedlings" are important and "second-class seedlings" are not important. From the perspective of disease prevention, the second-class vaccine is as important as the first-class vaccine. It is recommended to vaccinate as much as possible if the baby’s physical condition and family economic conditions permit.

The influence of diseases on babies is not only at the physical level, but also short-lived infectious diseases and infectious diseases that can be quickly cured will leave a certain psychological shadow on children’s growth. Immunization not only protects individuals from a certain disease, but also avoids the long-term effects of the disease in physiological, emotional and cognitive development. Being protected by vaccination can make the baby grow up healthily, stay away from diseases and get all-round development of body, mind and intelligence.

Prevention is more important than treatment. Infants under 1 year old need to be extra vigilant.

In the interview, the reporter learned that invasive pneumococcal disease can be prevented, and strong and comprehensive protection can be achieved for infants and young children by injecting pneumococcal vaccine. The methods of preventing diseases can be divided into general prevention and specific prevention, which should complement each other and be closely combined.

General preventive measures are related to family environment, diet and travel. Ensure the clean environment and indoor air circulation at home, lead the baby to participate in outdoor exercise and pay attention to the balance of diet. Reduce taking infants and young children to public places, especially in the season of high incidence of respiratory diseases, because the spread probability of diseases in public places is high and children’s resistance is weak, and it is easy to induce diseases by combining the two. For the prevention of pneumococcal diseases, special attention should also be paid to maintaining good personal hygiene habits, such as covering your mouth and nose with paper towels when coughing or sneezing. Because the mode of transmission of pneumococcal disease is very hidden, it is possible to pass pneumococcal disease to your baby if you are not careful.

Specific prevention means that the vaccinator can acquire the immune ability of the corresponding disease through vaccination. Infants and young children under one year old are unable to resist the harm of pneumococcal invasive diseases through their own body ability because their immune system is not yet perfect. Therefore, the most effective prevention is to vaccinate the baby with pneumococcal vaccine for children. Therefore, from the age of 1.5 months, the baby should be vaccinated with pneumococcal vaccine and other related vaccines as soon as possible to avoid serious diseases caused by the gradual decline of immunity. (Reporter Yu Xingyu)

  Encyclopedia of vaccination

  1. Why should children be vaccinated?

When a child is born, his delicate body is threatened by many infectious diseases. Vaccine is recognized as one of the greatest scientific inventions in the world. Through vaccination, smallpox has been eliminated. Most countries and regions, including China, have achieved polio-free wild virus transmission, and efforts are being made to eliminate measles through vaccination. If vaccination is stopped, the immune barrier that we have built hard will disappear, and those diseases that are already rare will resurface, with disastrous consequences.

Second, how do parents choose their own vaccines for vaccination?

Parents and guardians of children can consider choosing non-EPI vaccine from the following angles: (1) Consult vaccination outpatient doctors, or inquire about relevant knowledge online, or consult local CDC doctors; (2) Understand the epidemic situation of peripheral diseases. Parents can complain to the CDC or the health administrative department in their jurisdiction if they are forced to promote vaccination by vaccination doctors, or if they are neglected by vaccination outpatient doctors because they choose free vaccines.

  3. What should I do if the vaccination clinic tells me that there is a vaccine shortage and I can’t get it in time?

At present, affected by many factors such as supply and supervision process, some vaccines in the country are in short supply in stages, which has attracted great attention from the state and relevant departments. However, this is only a temporary phenomenon. It is suggested that we can wait for a while, and the vaccination clinic will notify us according to the age after the vaccines are in place. You can choose non-immunization program vaccine for alternative vaccination. For details, please consult the local vaccination clinic.

  4. Are all vaccines in Chengdu safe?

A kind of vaccine (free of charge) is invited by the state, purchased by provincial disease control institutions, and then distributed to vaccination clinics step by step by provincial, municipal and county disease control institutions; The second-class vaccines (at their own expense) are centrally purchased by county-level disease control institutions on the provincial public resource trading platform, and vaccine production enterprises directly distribute them to county-level disease control institutions. All vaccines are purchased in the sunshine, ensuring the whole cold chain, so it is safe and reliable to vaccinate babies in regular vaccination clinics.
