Three, the ban on the sale of fireworks and firecrackers.

(1) Grade A and B products in Safety and Quality of Fireworks and Firecrackers (GB10631-2013) and Grade C and D products that need to be processed and installed;

(2) Fireworks and firecrackers that are dangerous and contain highly sensitive drugs, such as pulling guns, throwing guns and smashing guns;

(3) Fireworks and firecrackers, such as rotating and double-sounding guns, which are launched by the main body during discharge;

(four) illegal production and operation of fake and shoddy fireworks;

(5) Other fireworks and firecrackers whose sale and discharge are prohibited.

Four, fireworks should comply with the provisions.

Fireworks and firecrackers shall be discharged correctly and safely according to the discharge instructions, and the following provisions shall be observed:

(a) shall not be set off in the corridors, balconies, windowsills and roofs of residential buildings;

(two) not to pedestrians, vehicles, buildings, structures and crowded places;

Five, the sales of fireworks and firecrackers shall comply with the provisions of.

(a) the time allowed to sell fireworks and firecrackers is from January 31st (the 21st day of the twelfth lunar month) to February 24th (the 15th day of the first month); Fireworks and firecrackers that have not been sold in the above time should be disposed of safely and cleared of inventory.
